As most of you are aware, Bill Randle of the Vandersteen Law Team suffered a cardiac arrest in the first game of the season on April 28th.

Fortunately, due to the tremendous efforts of Doctor Bob Turliuk (on the same team) and to St John Ambulance who were in attendance Bill was saved.

He is now very slowly recovering at home from extensive heart bypass surgery and the implant of an ICD and sends his thanks to both Bob and St John Ambulance.

Obviously, he won't be returning to play this season and has donated his refund to St John Ambulance.

We hope to see Bill at one of our Pub Daze when he is able to and wish him a speedy recovery in the meantime.
