Scott had just turned 54. Club member Bob Turliuk was his family doctor for number of years and had encouraged him to join BOTSC when he was still in his early forties- awaiting for him to turn 45 of course . Bob was his very first convenor and drafted him several times at the O45 level. A strong player that was skilled and assertive on the pitch - the latter shown when necessary and required. Regrettably an off season injury prior to this season kept him from playing regularly at the O45 level- although he was recently keen to come out as a spare. Scott was the ultimate team player in BOTSC and he will be missed by many.

He is survived by his daughter and son, and his father Alex- himself was a fixture in Burlington Minor Soccer for many years.
