Adrian Caulcutt

Oct 11, 1958 – Mar 29, 2024

We are saddened to announce the passing of our friend Adrian Caulcutt after a short battle with cancer.

He will be missed by Jill Brittan (partner) and brothers in England, Australia and Northern Ireland as well as family around the world. He will also be remembered by Frances and his three children (Adrian, Jillian and Terry).

Adrian was born and raised in Antrim, Northern Ireland and came to Canada as a trainee of the Antrim Technical College.

He was loved and known by many in the community and our hearts and condolences go out to Jill, his children, family members and friends.

Adrian loved sport, music and travel — all of which were expressions of how much he enjoyed spending time with others.

He was a devoted father, soccer coach, and friend to many as a community‑minded citizen. He loved his football, the banter, and a pint. He coached his children at soccer and was also involved with the Guelph Women’s team for a season.

He and Jill shared many memories and souvenirs from around the world. The UK was a regular trip to see family, but they also travelled to Peru, Maldives, Vietnam, Cook Islands, Malaysia and many more places — as well as many parts of Ontario — often sharing their adventures on Facebook.

As a community member, he gave generously of his time and supported various charities and organizations. Whether it was the Heart and Stroke Foundation, Special Olympics Foundation, or the Halton Down Syndrome Association, he was a thoughtful and caring humanitarian.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Adrian’s name may be made to the Halton Down Syndrome Association:
