He had a passion for soccer, traveling, and spending time with those he loved. His warm smile, sense of humour, infectious laughter, and kind heart will be forever missed. He leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and cherished memories that will be passed down for generations to come.

Beloved father to Georgina and husband Bradley, Joe and wife Manuela, Juliana, Jennimarie and husband Dean, cherished Djeda to Sofia, Simon and Emmett. Brother of Zlata and husband Ivan Zoretic, Etelka and husband Josip Varga. Josip will be missed by many cousins, nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Visitation at SMITH'S FUNERAL HOME, 1167 Guelph Line, (one stoplight north of the QEW), BURLINGTON, (905-632-3333) on Sunday, February 5th from 3-6 p.m. Funeral Prayer Service will be held in the Chapel on Monday, February 6, 2023 at 10 a.m. Interment at Burlington Memorial Gardens.
