Time and Location:
- Event Date: October 25, 2025
- Location: Squires Gastro Pub, 3537 Fairview St, Burlington, ON
- Guests Expected: 175
- Venue Access: From 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM (October 25, 2025)
Welcome Drink:
- One (1) 5oz non-alcoholic house-made welcome drink per guest(upon arrival)
Seated Dinner Service:
- Appetizer: Choice of Chicken or Veg (served as a shared platter on each table)
- Salad: One (1) individual salad per guest
- Entrée: Choice of one (1) of the following, served at 7:00 PM
- 6oz Steak
- Fish & Chips
- Chicken Dinner (Halal)
- Vegetarian Dinner
- Gluten Free and other dietary restrictions to be confirmed 2 weeks prior to the event
- Dessert: One (1) dessert per guest
Beverage Tickets:
Each guest will receive two (2) drink tickets at check-in, redeemable for:- 20oz Draft Beer (Canadian, Pilsner, Coors Light)
- Soft Drinks Pop or Sparkling water
- 6oz House Red or White Wine
- 1oz Crown Royal Whiskey
Additional Drinks:
- Cash bar available. Special event pricing of $5.95 for 20oz glasses of Canadian, Coors Light, or Pilsner applies to extra purchases.
- Rest of the drinks to be purchased at regular price.
Entertainment:
- DJ provided from 9:00 PM to 12:30 AM
Seating & Setup:
- Low seating arrangements will be prioritized. Space will be allocated for DJ and dance floor post-dinner.
Ticket Pices:
- $50 for club members
- $55 for guest / non club members
