For all AD, BD, MO and AM members this routine will:

• copy the TeamThisYear to the TeamLastYear column
• change the LastPlayed column to reflect the last year played.
• change TeamThisYear to "Team-00"
• change MemberStatus to "Not Registered"
• change Paid, Payment, MoP, ToR and CoC to " "
• change Masters to " "
• change Eligible to "Yes"
• change MemberSince to Last Year Played for new players

For all Waiting List (AW and BW) members this routine will:

• copy the TeamThisYear to the TeamLastYear column
• change the LastPlayed column to reflect the last year played for those on the Spare List.
• change TeamThisYear to "Wait List"
• change MemberStatus to "Not Registered"
• change Paid, Payment, MoP, ToR and CoC to " "
• change Masters to " "
• change Eligible to "Yes"

Make sure you have made a backup copy of the members table before proceeding.
