2.Domenic Orsini had previously received a warning regarding his attitude and behaviour. In the 64th minute of the match, he was cautioned after using inappropriate language — specifically the "F" word — in response to an offside call made against him for his positioning during the play.

In the 81st minute, a collision occurred between Keith Bates(Physiocan) and Steve Woltess(Air Solutions). As a result, Steve Woltess required a medical check by the paramedics. He was assessed off the field and subsequently cleared to continue playing.
