Additional Detail to Support Caution / Dismissal
Dominic Orsini was cautioned for loud and aggressively disputing off-side calls. He was silent for the balance of the game.

Far too many players are trying to officiate games, especially when they do not understand the "advantage" call. Several times players stopped playing for what they thought should be a stoppage for a foul and not realizing that since they had possession I was allowing play to continue.
Other Fixture Related Comments (e.g. Field/Weather conditions. Sideline issues etc)
At 11:00 the temperature was 32 deg C with 75% humidity. That translates to a heat index factor of 42.3 deg C. I first discussed the conditions with Phil Fiorillo, who did the 9:00 am game, with St. Johns and with Dr. R. Turlik. The wind had picked up since the 9:00 a.m. started and this provided some heat relief. I then spoke with the 2 convenors, Frank Mills and Rick Moretuzzo. We decided that we would play the game in 15 minute segments for 60 minutes and then make a decision about additional play after that time. We switched ends after the second break - 30 minutes.

15 minute segments worked well - players were asking for water breaks just prior to that length. After 60 minutes the teams agreed to play one more 15 minute segment but the pace dropped off considerably and there were no requests to play beyond that total of 75 minutes.
