Ian Anderson of D'Angelo held an opponent preventing him from breaking down the wing. The offence was tactical, not malicious and as there was plenty of defensive cover, it did not meet the threshold of a DOGSO offence.

Very well played game with little to comment on from a disciplinary view point. Several players had to be reminded to remove watches and one asked to remove a loose neck chain. Substitutions are taking far too long and are very disorganized. On 2 occasions I re-started play without changes being made, due to the length of time it was taking.
