301 : Roll the Data in the members Table
This routine prepares the members table for the new current season. To be executed only once.
Please Note : You must roll the Season Table First
For all Current Members this routine will:
- copy the TeamThisYear to the TeamLastYear column
- change LastPlayed to last year.
- change TeamThisYear to "Team-00"
- change Registered to "No"
- change Paid, Payment, ToR and CoC to ""
- change Masters to ""
- change Walking Soccer to ""
- change SpareList to ""
- change MemberSince to last year for new members
For all those on the Waiting List (WL) this routine will:
- copy the TeamThisYear to the TeamLastYear column
- change TeamThisYear to "Wait List"
- change Registered to "No"
- change Paid, Payment, ToR and CoC to ""
- change Masters to ""
- change SpareList to ""
- change Walking Soccer to ""
Make sure you have made a backup copy of the members table before proceeding.
