2025 AGM Poll

Each year, the club holds an AGM to approve the financial accounts, make decisions about club operations (including any special rules regarding soccer games), and elect the Executive Committee for the upcoming season. The AGM typically sees attendance from around 40 members out of the club's total membership of 250. Minutes from previous AGMs are available on our website for review, providing insight into the issues that have been voted on in the past.

The club is considering a number of options for member participation in AGM voting.

Which of the following options do you think the club should pursue?

Allow members to vote by proxy, authorizing someone attending the AGM to cast their vote.

Enable members to vote on issues via the club's website, with the option to abstain.

Require a mandatory attendance at the AGM or impose a small fee for non-response.

Continue the current approach, where only those present at the AGM can vote (as done for the past 40 years).
